Without <em>knee ligaments</em>, movement with your knee would not be possible. Having smooth leg movement is something we should all strive for, and there are many parts of a knee which enables a smooth and proper movement. The knee ligament is one of these important parts and it consists of four different ligaments which surround the knee hinge joint, which exists between the tibia and femur bones.</p>
<p>The four ligaments surround the knee hinge joint for the purpose of making movement possible. These ligaments are known as PCL, MCL, ACL and LCL. These ligaments are very sensitive and there are many documented cases that have been observed in which these ligaments are damaged and recovery gets very difficult.
